How long does it take to receive my order?
Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days from the time payment is confirmed to dispatch. Complex or large prints may take longer — your operator will let you know if that applies to your order. Delivery via courier adds 1–3 business days depending on your location in South Africa.
What materials and colours are available?
We currently print in PLA (White, Black, Lime, Red, Blue, Grey), PLA+ (White, Black, Grey), PETG (White, Clear, Black), ABS (Black, White), ASA (Black, White, Grey), and TPU (Black). You can select your material and colour when getting a quote. If you need a combination not listed, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
What file types do you accept, and is there a size limit?
We accept STL files only. The maximum upload size is 50 MB. If your model is larger, try re-exporting at a lower resolution or splitting it into parts — most slicers can merge them seamlessly.
How does pricing work?
Upload your STL and our system automatically slices it to generate an instant estimate based on material weight, infill, and print time. An operator then reviews the estimate — if everything checks out, the quote is confirmed and you receive a payment link. You only pay once the price is confirmed. There are no hidden fees.
How is my order delivered?
We ship nationwide across South Africa via courier. A flat delivery fee of R100 applies to all orders, regardless of size or destination. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. We deliver to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and everywhere in between.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments via Yoco (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) as well as manual EFT. EFT details are provided when you choose that option at checkout. Orders are only queued for printing after payment clears.
What is your refund and remake policy?
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind once printing has started. If your print arrives with a defect — a layer shift, delamination, or other manufacturing fault — we will remake it at no charge.
