Refund & Returns Policy

Every Lycan Core print is made to order from your model. Because each item is produced specifically for you, this policy explains when refunds, remakes, and cancellations apply.
Cancellations before printing
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before printing has started. Once we have begun printing your item, it can no longer be cancelled, because the materials and machine time have been committed to your custom part.
Change of mind
As custom-made goods, prints are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started. Please double-check your model, material, colour, quantity, and delivery address before paying.
Faulty, defective, or incorrect prints
If your print arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered due to our error, you are entitled to a free remake or a refund. To claim:
- Email info@lycancore.co.za within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order reference.
- Include clear photos showing the problem.
- We will assess the issue and, where it is our fault, arrange a remake or refund at no cost to you.
Minor variation in colour, surface finish, and dimensional tolerance is normal for 3D printing and is not considered a defect.
Courier damage or loss
If your parcel is damaged in transit or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and we will work with the courier to resolve it, including a remake or refund where appropriate.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Card refunds are processed via Yoco and may take a few business days to reflect.
